Appears there is no terrain or it is transparent. In a few of the objects you can see the bottom of them that is normally underground. Like the rocks for example. So it's just Lowlands with transparent terrain or non existent terrain. (most likely just transparent since they still are able to stand on something in the screenshots, otherwise they would fall to the sea floor)

Also take note of the sky. The top part is blue then the horizon blends in and the bottom is all white. So what you might think is the ground is actually just the bottom of the skydome.

Also being that lowlands and fork are incomplete, bugs could occur if you set graphics mode to low or super low. Perhaps this was the result?

An icey map? or is this just really good modded files?

Well yes you might be right but why would the map designer make those characters look like they are made of ice? And the white only appears on that map fork has it blue so that makes me even more suspicious.

This happened to me too.

My Fix:

Change your options to Low-High Quality

Ground is transparent because of the lack of low-res color map. Soldiers are there as a refference for the map designer to make the stone wall high enough to provide cover when crouching, and low enough to shoot above it while standing. That's my guess anyway.
