When it comes to naming particular person, I'd like to see mali22 around, he wrote on the official forums he makes 3D stuff both for a livng, and as a hobby, and he's interested in modding. There's also one guy who's really awesome with 2D but I can't remember his name (he made the "Imperial Army" artwork among other things).

| One doesn't really exclude the other, quite the contrary actually. Someone has to draw the textures after all. I do them myself, but my "skills" are limited. Basically "I suck at Photoshop" ( well, Gimp, since that's what I use) so they end up looking lame most of the time, and they take me more time than they should.
Unless you mean he's just not interested in modding, in that case fair enough.
