Sure, I can do that, although the handling is just awful and there's no driver but I'm not in the mood to fix that right now
I probably wouldn't know how to do it either biggrin

tongue well the texture is black and white with some crappy fast dirt on the sides. If someone wants to modify it, be my guest.

biggrin here you go, I attached it. Just paste the files in appropriate zips and spawn it using pro_modder's tutorial. The name is bri_golfcart, obviously.
The steering wheel turns now.
