Here's a quick mod I did to show what it would look like if EA hadn't half assed the night maps:
I added dynamic lights to the street lights and the vehicle headlights as well. 
I'm hoping to get some music in the video soon. Youtubes audio swap is acting up right now so I have to wait. 
Also Fraps screwed up somewhere and the video came in playing a bit faster then normal. So the slightly accelerated playback speed was unintentional and not something that occured with Youtube.
